Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Appointment Setter


 

The Antrican & Co. Real Estate team is looking to hire an Inside Sales Agent to join their growing real estate business. The ideal candidate is personable, has sales experience, is excellent on the phones, and is hardworking. The Inside Sales Agent will be in charge of calling and booking leads for the agents on the team.

This person must work a minimum of 15 hours per week but can work as much as they’d like. This position is commission based only and is fully remote. You will earn commission each time one of your appointments closes on a home.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients and following up with leads
  • Build rapport with sellers, listen, and overcome objections
  • Manage leads and stay organized using our CRM
  • Schedule appointments for agents
  • Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Previous experience as an Inside Sales agent is a plus
  • You have a strong work ethic and a self driven desire to succeed
  • You are self motivated
